Offseason Running Log:
​Here is a link to a google spreadsheet which will help you log your miles electronically and allow you to share your running log with me and your fellow runners.
1. Choose a running log:

2. Sign in using a Google account.​
3. Click "File" and select "​Make a copy." You now have a copy of the document.
4. In order to share, click the share button on the top right, and enter the email addresses of whom you would like to share it with. Make sure you don't allow them to edit it.​​ I would love it if you would share it with me :)
5. Run and log your miles! Happy trails!​
